- Managing a portfolio of corporate clients, overseeing compliance and advisory services.
- Leading tax structuring and due diligence projects for M&A transactions.
- Advising on tax strategy, governance, and technology implementation.
- Supporting client onboarding, billing, and identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Supervising junior staff and contributing to their development.
- Collaborating with senior managers, directors, and partners on complex tax matters.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax, including M&A and transaction-related matters.
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality tax advice.
- Confidence in leading projects and mentoring junior team members.
- CTA and/or ACA qualification (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and commercial mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
