- Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, including therapists and support staff, to ensure a holistic approach to student well-being and progress.
- Implementing and monitoring Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) effectively.
- Building strong, trust-based relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.
- Fostering a classroom culture that promotes respect, independence, and a love for learning.
- You must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

- You have a proven track record of teaching in a special educational needs setting.
- You are adaptable, and possess a strong sense of empathy.
