- Candidate sourcing: Build and manage a pipeline of skilled and semi-skilled tradespeople for temporary positions.
- Client development: Establish relationships with construction firms and contractors, understanding their workforce needs.
- Recruitment management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to successful placement.
- Compliance checks: Ensure all candidates meet industry and legal standards, including CSCS certifications.
- Performance targets: Consistently meet placement and business development targets.
- Aftercare support: Provide ongoing support to clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Recruitment background: Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within the trades and labour sector.
- Industry expertise: Knowledge of the trades and labour market, including the challenges of temporary recruitment.
- Compliance knowledge: Understanding of industry certifications and health and safety standards.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to manage relationships with clients and candidates effectively.
- Goal-oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
