- Transform practice of law processes to enable Mishcon to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Be responsible for transformation efforts in the disputes / contentious practice groups, covering ideation, prioritisation, communication and adoption.
- Map, analyse and design legal processes, contributing to on-going/future solution design and implementation.Contribute to the assessment of internal and external technology solutions, matching new technology products with lawyer requirements, and ensuring that they meet requirements / are delivered efficiently and effectively in line with relevant use cases.
- Assess whether requirements / use cases necessitate GenAI, automation or digitisation.
- Support lawyers in their engagement with new suppliers and products.
- Roll out improved ways of working (including new technology solutions, where relevant), with associated communications and training, to ensure behaviour change is effective.
- Keep informed about the latest legal tech developments.
- Strong understanding of dispute resolution processes, litigation lifecycles, and client service delivery models.
- Experience working in or with legal teams (law firm or in-house legal department).
- Hard working, proactive, enthusiastic and professional with high standards of execution.
- A positive, 'can do' attitude.
- A strong collaborator, with the ability to work with a range of different working styles.
- Strong communication, both verbal and written.
