We view our talent as an essential enabler of our growth, not merely a driver. To this end, we're looking to hire a High-Performance Talent Specialist to join our HR team. This role will be critical in developing our talent across each business and driving high performance in the business.Role Responsibilities:
  • Developing career maps for each business function and area to support high performance.
  • Collaborating with Line Managers to devise Growth Plans for high performing employees, further driving performance levels.
  • Supporting the quarterly performance review process and attending individual performance reviews to ensure continuous high performance.
  • Assisting with the 4, 8 and 12 week review process.
  • Collaborating with the Sales Trainer to develop comprehensive training plans for our people, focusing on enhancing performance.
  • Creating case studies of success for both internal and external use, showcasing our high-performing and values-based culture.
  • Promoting a consistent approach in managing, and developing high-performing talent
  • Regularly reporting on the talent management process and its impact on performance
  • Assisting with change management projects, ensuring high performance is maintained during transitions.
  • Owning communications for HR, including the creation and distribution of a HR newsletter.
RequirementsCandidate Profile:
  • Previous experience in a Talent role is essential; business partnering experience would be advantageous.
  • A commitment to proactive work, excellent organisational skills, and strong communication abilities are required.
  • A keen interest in business and a drive for high performance
  • A strong inclination for collaboration and a love for working cross-functionally to get the best out of peers and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable evidence of a Growth mindset and a focus on performance
  • Experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining high performance in all areas.
