Job Title: Aesthetic/Laser Skin Therapist - Full Time (4 days / 40 hours per week)Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and passionate Aesthetic/Laser Skin Therapist to join our dynamic team. We prioritise skin health, ensuring our clients achieve the best skin today, tomorrow, and every day.Key Responsibilities:Treatments:
Provide high-quality, effective facial treatments according to designated protocols.
Conduct skin consultations to determine individual client needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
Deliver exceptional customer care, developing a professional rapport with clients.
Promote and recommend products and services to maximise sales and referrals.
Compliance:
Follow all clinic procedures and data protection requirements related to client records, including medical history, consent forms, and treatment notes.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Keep working areas and equipment in line with health, safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.
Ensure treatment rooms are stocked with necessary products.
Report any client complaints or incidents to the Manager immediately, maintaining detailed written notes.
General:
Assist with other clinic duties and support team members as needed.
Maintain professional stock levels in treatment rooms and stockroom.
Collaborate with the front desk regarding retail stock orders, client feedback, and enquiries.
Participate in company training programs to develop skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
Passion for skincare and aesthetics with a solid understanding of the beauty/aesthetic industry.
NVQ Beauty Level 4 minimum, preferably Level 5.
At least 5 years of experience in laser skin treatments.
Experience with various laser systems (e.g., Fotona, Duo Yellow laser, AdvaTX, Lynton Again, Lynton Moveo, M22 Lumenis, Lutronic MD Ultra), radio frequency, ultrasound (HIFU/Lynton), micro-needling, and advanced skin treatments.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to operate efficiently in a busy environment.
Confidence in recommending products and treatments effectively.
Polished appearance and professional manner.
Strong teamwork ethic.
Aptitude for continual learning.
Successful consultation conversion.
Achievement of individual sales targets for both retail and services.

£28,000.00 - £32,000.00 per annum plus discretionary bonus scheme for commission on treatments and retail.
