At Reach, not only will you feel better understood, you will also feel you understand other people better too.Job DescriptionAs our Digital Campaign Manager, you will manage all digital campaigns for the Partnerships team including planning, booking and trafficking across all publications, platforms and channels. You’ll proactively analyse and optimise campaigns, providing solutions to maximise campaign performance and inform on-going insight-led optimisation. You can expect to participate in and lead client calls, and work with Business Development Managers to build strategies and tailored proposals to suit our partners needs. In addition, there are many other exciting responsibilities including:
  • Campaign reporting to stakeholders within the team, wider business and external partners.
  • Collaborating with digital advertising colleagues and stakeholders to ensure campaign performance.
  • Advising colleagues on digital best practices as the digital expert within the Partnerships team.
  • Proactively drive forward new campaign ideas and share with colleagues
  • Monitor competitors to ensure we’re not missing out on new opportunities
  • Ensure we’re running campaigns effectively, maximising the usage of inventory and prioritising revenue related requests.
QualificationsWe are looking for a creative and strategic thinker, you’ll be an analytical individual with experience of performance-led digital campaigns, and can work collaboratively to bring new ideas to the table.It is essential that you have a minimum of two years of digital experience preferably in a media environment, working on a variety of campaigns. You’ll possess demonstrable experience of managing high performing digital campaigns, driving performance improvement, and knowledge of digital display and programmatic advertising.You’ll have knowledge of Google Analytics/ Amplitude and Google Ad Manager, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and/ or G Suite (Workspace).Additional InformationWhat can we offer you?We are offering a competitive salary and benefits including;
