- Hours: 5-day working week (day off in the week, 1 in 4 Saturdays off, Sundays closed)
An exciting opportunity to join a well-established main dealer in Shrewsbury. We're looking for an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join a friendly and successful team. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service while driving sales performance.Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers both in the showroom and online
- Understand customer needs and match them to the right vehicle and finance package
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Manage the full sales process from enquiry to delivery
- Stay up to date with manufacturer product knowledge and offers
- Minimum 1 year of proven automotive sales experience
- Customer-focused with a results-driven attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident using digital platforms and CRM tools
- Full UK driving licence
- £20,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE £45,000+)
- 5-day working week with 1 in 4 Saturdays off
- Closed Sundays
