- Using your degree and passions within English to inspire excellent learning outcomes
- Support students with learning both in and outside of the classroom
- Hold both 1-1 and small group study interventions to improve student progress
- Help pupils stay engaged and on track with their learning
- Instil a love for reading, writing and language in students
- Has achieved a 2:1 or higher degree in an English degree
- Ideally a degree achieved from a Top-30 University
- An outgoing personality and openness to embrace learning opportunities
- A genuine desire to work with young people and make a difference
- Previous experience working with young people is a bonus but not essential – we are looking for potential
- Discover the day-to-day life of working in a school
