- Achieve vehicle sales targets by following a structured sales process to maximise profit for the business.
- Conduct accurate appraisals of all vehicles offered for part exchange.
- Maintain the showroom and vehicle displays to the high standards expected of the Volkswagen brand.
- Proactively prospect for new and used vehicle customers to generate additional sales opportunities.
- Manage the preparation and handover of sold vehicles, ensuring customers are fully briefed on their new vehicle's features and controls.
- Maintain regular contact with new and existing customers to build lasting relationships and secure future business.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge of all Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, as well as competitor offerings.
- Ensure all customer information and sales documentation is maintained accurately and comprehensively.
- Participate in sales campaigns and promotions to maximise sales penetration.
