Could that be you?We’re looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a fantastic secondary school, supporting students across KS3 and KS4 who need that extra bit of help to thrive.Whether it’s breaking down tricky tasks, boosting confidence, or just being that calm, consistent presence—they’ll be counting on you.What you’ll be doing:
🧠 Supporting students with a range of needs (learning, emotional, social)
📚 Helping in-class and during interventions—across subjects and abilities
👂 Being a trusted adult pupils can talk to when things feel tough
🧑🏫 Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral staff
📈 Helping students access learning and grow their independenceWe’d love to hear from you if you:
✅ Have experience supporting young people (school, tutoring, youth work all count!)
✅ Are calm, patient, and able to adapt to different learning styles
✅ Have strong communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team
✅ Want to make school feel that little bit easier for someone elseExtra experience with SEND, SEMH or EAL? Brilliant. But not essential.
