  • Follow the student's EHCP/IEP diligently to provide suitable support.
  • Provide personalised assistance for learning and tasks.
  • Foster an inclusive environment to encourage positive well-being.
  • Create customised resources specifically tailored to the student.
**Qualifications and Skills**
  • Prior experience with students with special educational needs.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a genuine dedication to enhancing the educational progress of SEN students.
  • Skilled in collaborative teamwork within a team-oriented environment.
