About the RoleYou will handle a full caseload of Child Care Law matters, including proceedings involving care orders, supervision orders, emergency protection orders and other public law proceedings. Strong advocacy skills and experience with Children Panel matters are highly desirable.You will work closely with a supportive team of specialist solicitors, paralegals and support staff, delivering exceptional service to clients in often sensitive and complex cases.About You
  • Solicitor or CILEX-qualified Fee Earner
  • Ideally Children Panel accredited, or working towards accreditation
  • Strong background in Child Care and Public Law Children matters
  • Confident advocate with excellent client care skills
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Applications welcome from both senior and experienced solicitors, as well as more junior candidates with solid childcare experience
