- Create, update, and maintain WordPress pages.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve page performance, increase organic traffic, and boost Google ranking.
- Utilise Lead Forensics to analyse and optimise lead generation efforts.
- Develop and design eye-catching social media posts on LinkedIn using Canva.
- Write engaging and informative copy for social media posts and project reviews.
- Writing compelling case studies from clients or consultants information.
- Monitor and analyse website and social media performance metrics.
- Set up, manage, and optimise Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns, including tracking appropriate metrics of success.
- Need to engage with community of practice CoPs appropriate technical SMEs to develop content.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative in projects.
- Proven experience working with WordPress.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with Lead Forensics or similar lead generation tools.
- Proficiency in using Canva for creating social media graphics.
- Excellent copywriting skills for social media and project reviews.
- Experience in setting up and managing Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Ability to analyse and measure the success of marketing campaigns.
- Certified Digital Marketing Professional or other recognised digital marketing qualifications.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to make an immediate impact and know what needs to be done.
- Hands-on experience in creating marketing material and generating ideas without relying on agencies.
- Attention to detail and ability to work without supervision.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Preference given to candidates holding recognised UK digital marketing qualifications (e.g. CIM, IDM, City & Guilds, or equivalent accredited bodies).
- Experience working in a similar SME consultancy or software business.
- Background in an engineering company or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company.
- Understanding of other digital marketing tools and platforms.
- £36,000 - £50,000 Dependent on experience / Part Time (Pro Rata Salary)
