- Provide first and second-line IT support to end-users via phone, email, remote tools, and in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft 365, hardware, printers, and mobile devices.
- Log, track, and manage tickets through the IT service desk system, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment.
- Support user account management within Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365 Admin.
- Escalate complex issues to 3rd line or specialist teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, fixes, and asset records.
- Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and rollouts as required.
