Start Date: 4 month contract to start from September 2025Come and join our Team...We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented contractor to support the final delivery phase of a new website build within the hospitality sector. The project involves the launch of a high-traffic consumer-facing website comprising several thousand pages and multimedia assets.What will the role involve?This role will be pivotal in preparing, formatting, and quality-assuring web content as the project approaches go-live. The contractor will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and the appointed website agency to ensure that all content is accurately prepared and migrated to specification. The contractor will report directly to the Head of Digital and coordinate closely with the internal and external content and QA teams.This is a hands-on content operations role, with a strong focus on structure, accuracy, and consistency. The successful candidate will possess demonstrable experience working with Umbraco CMS and will be confident navigating large-scale content preparation tasks. - Demonstrate professional experience with Umbraco CMS in a content population or editorial capacity.
- Strong understanding of web content structures aligned to SEO and accessibility best practices, with proven experience applying formatting standards, metadata structures, and content governance frameworks at scale.
- Large-scale content migration experience; ability to work within structured QA processes and meet tight deadlines; confident in translating analytics or audit data into content fixes.
- Detail-oriented, methodical, structured, able to manage repetitive tasks accurately; upholds brand and accessibility standards; calm under deadline pressure.
