- Support students on a 1:1 or small group basis to help them access the curriculum.
- Assist teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons tailored to students' individual needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel supported and valued.
- Help with the social, emotional, and personal development of students.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and contribute to regular assessments.
- A recent graduate with a degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- A genuine passion for supporting children with special needs and helping them succeed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and a flexible approach to working with students with diverse needs.
- Any previous experience working in SEND education or with children is a plus but not required.
