What you’ll be doing:
  • Supporting individuals with day-to-day tasks such as shopping, cooking, and household activities
  • Driving and accompanying individuals to appointments, community activities, or social events
  • Planning and engaging in meaningful activities that promote well-being and social connection
  • Encouraging and promoting independence and self-confidence in daily living
  • Maintaining clear records and working as part of a supportive team
Who you are:
  • A full, clean UK driving licence
  • A caring and person-centred approach to support
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in mental health support is desirable but not essential – we value the right attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Must be comfortable working in an all-female service
