Role Description
The role is for a detail orientated SAP support engineer to form part of an existing DevOps team to support the day-to-day operations primarily in S4HANA.
The candidate will work primarily with the SAP support team, but will also collaborate with cross-functional finance and business teams where required.
The SAP Systems Administrator will have experience of SAP S/4HANA and be proficient in carrying out basic reporting and user administration activities such as role creation and role assignment.
? They will be familiar with Agile ways of working and support the Agile manifesto with the mindset to continuously improve what they do and how they work for the delight of the customer. Adding value every day will be a key goal.Core Duties
Typical duties include (but are not limited to):
- User administration across multiple environments and clients (SAP BAU and Project)
- User governance (SAP reporting and Excel)
o Leavers review, inactivity checks and access review actions
o Privileged access reviews
- Catalogue requests (ServiceNow and SAP)
o Demander changes and workflow redirects (for 3rd party invoice approval)
o iDoc Management (HR SuccessFactors and Workforce Manager time bookings)
o Cost centre master data changes
o Support with general queries relating to processes, controls, GUI etc.
- Firefighter management (limited now as most through GRC)
- Batch job maintenance (Excel and SAP)
Safety:Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications
Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
- Experience with ECC 6 will be beneficial.
- Good understanding of the Agile Manifesto, DevOps Principles, Scrum and Lean Engineering Practices.
