You’ll also play a key role in mentoring a junior team member working toward their APC – a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills.What You’ll Be Doing
  • Carrying out detailed building and condition surveys on commercial properties
  • Advising clients through feasibility studies and project strategy
  • Managing contracts from pre-construction to completion
  • Leading on dilapidations assessments and negotiations
  • Delivering practical, reliable, and client-focused consultancy services
What We’re Looking For
  • MRICS Building Surveyor
  • Strong technical background across surveys, feasibility, contracts, and dilapidations
  • Confident communicator who enjoys building client relationships
  • Problem-solver with a proactive, hands-on attitude
  • Skilled in using industry-standard software and reporting tools
