  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons in your specialist subject to students across different key stages.
  • Assessing student work and providing clear, constructive feedback to support their progress.
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Acting as a Form Tutor, providing pastoral support and guidance to a group of students.
  • Contributing to the development of departmental curriculum and resources.
  • Participating in parents' evenings, staff meetings, and professional development sessions.
Must-Haves & Skills
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • A relevant degree in your specialist subject.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
  • A creative and flexible approach to teaching.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
