Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Care Services Team Leader to work in a Supported Living team in Leicestershire County Council.
The post holder will assist in the management and delivery of high-quality Short Breaks, Supported Living and Residential Care services in adherence with Leicestershire County Council's Adult Social Care strategies, service frameworks, policies and procedures; and in accordance with the Fundamental Standards set by the Care Quality Commission.
