A highly regarded Law Firm is currently seeking an experienced legal secretary to join their busy Private Client department assisting the Fee Earners based within the Lymington office.
You will be providing support to the fee earners and team assistants daily tasks including;
" typing diary management,
" billing, credit control, financial transactions and some of the more routine aspects of the legal work. You will also
" support the clients over the telephone and face to face, therefore excellent interpersonal skills are required to providing the highest standard of client service.
You will have a positive and solutions focused approach to daily tasks using effective systems to ensure that both short and long term tasks are completed within required timescales and that general filing requirements and record keeping requirements are met.
The successful candidate will have previous experience with Private Client law and have strong IT skills, fast accurate typing speed of at least 60wpm and advance knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint research tools and experience of case management systems.
You will need excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and enjoy working within a team.
