Your responsibilities will include delivering preventive care, diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions, and managing cases with care and consistency. A strong focus on pet well-being is essential. To be successful you must be a clear communicator, collaborate effectively, and thrives as part of a close-knit, supportive team that includes both clinical and non-clinical colleagues.All their full-time vets typically work a 4-day week, with a consistent day off to support a healthy work-life balance. Each shift is 9 hours long and includes a mixture of consulting and surgical duties across the week. To support effective communication and admin, each vet gets an hour dedicated to administrative tasks - built into each working day.
Their current weekend rota follows a 1 in 4 pattern.
