·Manage subcontractors, site teams, and supply chain effectively.
·Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental, and quality standards.
·Report progress to senior management and maintain accurate site records.
·Oversee RC structures and groundworks activities.Requirements:·Previous experience as a Site Agent on civil engineering or substation projects.
·Strong background in RC works and groundworks.
·Proven management and leadership skills, with ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
