- Collaborate with consultancy and business development teams during pre-sales phases to understand client requirements and propose high-level technical solutions.
- Assist in creating estimations, delivery models, and proposals that align with client budgets and timelines.
- Support demonstrations and presentations with a clear focus on translating technical ideas into business value.
- Translate business requirements into architectural designs and actionable technical documentation.
- Design robust, scalable, and maintainable digital solutions across web, mobile, data, and MarTech ecosystems.
- Take ownership of high-level designs, low-level designs, integration specifications, and build oversight.
- Participate in workshops and discovery sessions to capture functional and non-functional requirements.
- Engage with client-side developers and product owners to ensure alignment on technical implementation.
- Provide architectural support during the delivery lifecycle including build oversight, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Provide hands-on support during critical phases of delivery, including prototyping, technical troubleshooting, and code contributions when needed.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to guide implementation, unblock issues, and ensure architectural integrity is maintained throughout.
- Bridge high-level design with real-world engineering execution, bringing practical insight to technical decision-making.
- Support code and solution reviews to ensure best practices in performance, security, and maintainability.
- Contribute to the creation and use of reusable components, solution templates, and documentation standards.
- Proven experience in solution architecture, technical leadership, or senior engineering roles.
- Prior hands-on engineering experience is a must, with demonstrated ability to contribute to codebases and solve complex technical challenges.
- Strong understanding of modern software architectures (e.g., microservices, APIs, serverless).
- Experience with one or more cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong working knowledge of web and mobile technologies, RESTful APIs, and front-end/back-end development patterns.
- Excellent understanding of software development methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with platforms like Braze, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Contentful, or Sitecore.
- Experience across technology domains including CMS, CRM, Martech platforms, data pipelines, analytics, and cloud services.
- Exposure to CDPs (e.g., Bloomreach, Segment, BlueConic, Tealium) and data integration pipelines.
- Understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and basic analytics or BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience in the sports, entertainment, or fan engagement domain is a strong plus.
