Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

• Hold a clean UK driving licence
• Have solid experience in the cleaning industry
• Speak fluent English; Portuguese or Spanish would be an advantage
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate reliability, trustworthiness, and a strong work ethic
• Show pride in your work, attention to detail, and the ability to set and maintain high standards

• Managing and motivating a team of cleaners
• Assisting with recruitment and training of new team member

• Organising and supervising daily cleaning tasks based on the office’s run sheets
• Ensuring all cleaning duties are performed to the highest standards, whether general cleaning, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, curtain handling, or bed-making
• Supporting other teams when required and stepping in to clean if necessary

• Taking ownership of each job, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining the company’s image
• Monitoring team presentation – uniformed, professional, and equipped with a clean company van

• Keeping daily records of staff hours, mileage, and any issues observed at job sites
• Submitting before-and-after photos for every job and highlighting any concerns to the office
• Reporting damages and maintaining direct communication with the office and management
