As a Town Planner or Senior Town Planner, you will play a central role in delivering expert planning advice and managing a broad range of projects, from commercial and urban housing to retail and leisure developments. You'll be expected to lead on elements of project delivery, prepare and submit planning applications and appeals, undertake site appraisals, and contribute to planning strategies and local plan representations.What's on Offer

·RTPI-accredited planning degree and ideally a Master's degree in a related field.
·Chartered Member of the RTPI (MRTPI).
·Proven experience in a planning consultancy, local authority, or developer environment.
·Strong written and verbal communication skills.
·Confident in managing multiple projects, client relationships, and working both independently and as part of a team.
·Commercial awareness and an interest in business development will be an advantage.How to Apply
