- Making 100+ outbound activities per week, sparking conversations, qualifying prospects, and generating momentum.
- Executing account-based sales strategies, using storytelling and value-driven selling to move deals forward.
- Influencing multiple buyer personas, from General Managers to Finance and Operations leaders, tailoring your messaging to each.
- Proactively iterating on your sales strategy, using data insights to refine your outreach and positioning.
- Delivering impact under pressure-Mews moves fast, and so should you.
- Have a proven track record of exceeding €250k+ ARR quotas, with ownership over outbound pipeline generation.
- Have consistently closed deals averaging €5,000+ in value, in a multi-step but fast-paced sales cycle.
- Can engage, influence, and close multi-stakeholder deals, tailoring your approach to different personas.
- Are fluent in English.
- Are comfortable with data-driven sales execution, leveraging pipeline analytics to optimize performance.
- Are naturally curious and adaptable, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
