This is a full-time post for 37.5 hours a week.The service operates Monday-Friday 09.00-17.00.The post holder will provide assessment and treatment and Education on health for the Asylum and refugee service as part of homelessness services. This post requires you to work as part of a Health & Social Care Partnership model and as an autonomous practitioner to promote, provide and coordinate care in a variety of locations.
