Warranty Repair Technician - Mansfield
  • Basic Salary: £34,000- £36,000
  • Monday - Thursday : 8:00am - 5:30pm
  • Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • No weekends
  • Overtime available at time and a half
  • EV and Hybrid Training
We are recruiting a warranty repair-focused technician to work for a popular independent dealership. This Vehicle Technician role offers a rewarding opportunity to apply diagnostic and mechanical skills to ensure vehicles are repaired to a high standard. The Warranty Repair Technician role also involves direct interaction with customers, where you'll explain the nature of the issues and walk them through the necessary repairs, building trust and enhancing their experience.Benefits for the Successful Vehicle Technician:

Key Responsibilities as a Warranty Repair Technician:
  • Carrying out Warranty Repairs to Company standard
  • Dealing with customers to explain the problem with their vehicle and the repairs you are going to make
  • Use modern diagnostic equipment confidently to diagnose faults and repairs needed
  • Perform vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance across all makes and models.
  • Ensuring work is completed within agreed time frames and of an exceptional standard
Ideal Vehicle Technician:
  • Minimum Level 2/3 Qualification in Vehicle Maintenance
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to deal with face-to-face service
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Previous experience in a workshop or similar environment
