Trainee Clinical Technician

- Providing excellent customer care in all care pathways being utilised in the store.
- Equipment / technical set ups, completing of delegated tasks
- Perform diagnostic / pre-assessment procedures under the supervision of the optometrist
- Perform digital imaging and OCT scan capture
- Perform visual field testing following the attending optometrist's instructions of strategy and programme
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Confident to seek guidance and support when needed
- Provide clear explanation of the appointment to the customer
- Ensure all datas protection and regulatory rules and regulations are explained and followed
- Complete the necessary diagnostics with the customer whilst adhering to the current IPC and PPE guidelines
- Ensure the customer is comfortable and aware of what to expect at each part if their journey
