Start Date: 1st SeptemberWe are seeking a dedicated and resilient Key Stage 3 Teacher to join a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) secondary school on a temporary basis.This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of young people with additional social and emotional needs.About the Role:Teaching a range of subjects across KS3Supporting students with SEMH needs in a small class settingWorking closely with a supportive team of staff, including teaching assistants and pastoral leadsDelivering engaging, tailored lessons to meet the needs of individual learnersManaging behaviour positively and consistentlyThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentExperience working in SEMH, SEN or PRU settings (preferred but not essential)A patient, adaptable and nurturing approachStrong behaviour management and communication skillsA passion for inclusive education and supporting vulnerable learnersThis position is ideal for someone looking to make a meaningful difference while gaining experience in a specialist setting.
