- Develop project budgets and ensure adherence.
- Ensure work is carried out to client specifications.
- Effectively manage project resources including staff, labour, and materials.
- Liaise with clients and their agents to advise on progress and resolve issues.
- Implement Company Operations and Safety Management Procedures.
- Set up site administration systems to accurately record and document site records.
- Establish clear targets, reporting processes, and procedures.
- Monitor financial performance of the project and minimise costs.
- Develop proactive relationships with clients and participate in value engineering.
- Maintain a high standard of safety throughout the project.
- Experience in construction, preferably with interior fit-out projects.
- Background in joinery or equivalent third-level education preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure.
- Great attention to detail, commercial acumen, and cost control skills.
