The firm is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its nationally recognised team specialising in domestic abuse, children and stalking cases.
It is looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of domestic abuse issues and relevant legislation, as well as experience in managing their own advocacy.What we are looking for:
- Family Solicitor to manage a diverse caseload including domestic abuse, children and stalking matters
- Family Solicitor to join an award-winning department
- Demonstrate up to date knowledge and stay complaint with best practice
- Ability to deal with distressing and complex cases
- Family Solicitor to meet and maintain time recording, billing and CPD requirements
- Family Solicitor with a full driving licence
