Not only that, we also offer a host of exceptional team member benefits too.Here at Holiday Inn Express London Heathrow Terminal 5, we are looking for an experienced and friendly Linen Porters with an exceptional eye for detail and ability to deliver a flawless service to join our team.The RoleAs a Linen Porter you will play a key role in ensuring efficient housekeeping operations up to hotel brand standards, provide excellent guest experience and achieve 100% guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for ensuring all the linen and laundry stock controls are maintained and support the housekeeping team and department as required.Personal QualitiesAs well as having previous experience in a similar role, you'll have an absolute commitment to delivering exceptional level of guest service, a charismatic personality with good communication and organisational skills. You'll have a can-do attitude and be able to respond flexibly to different guest requests and situations. A good command of the English language is essential.Benefits
