- Proven experience in purchase ledger processes, including invoice processing, supplier reconciliation, and managing accounts payable accurately.
- Good Excel skills with the ability to work with spreadsheets.
- Strong attention to detail in reviewing financial data and maintaining supplier records.
- Available to work on-site for 5 days per week for the duration of this four-month temporary role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Manage day-to-day purchase ledger operations, including invoice matching and payment processing.
- Work with suppliers to resolve discrepancies efficiently and maintain positive relationships.
- Prepare reconciliation reports and support month-end close processes.
- Utilise Excel for data analysis and reporting to enhance accuracy and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with the finance and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations.
