- Establish and nurture the agency’s presence in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.
- Drive business growth initiatives to broaden the agency’s clientele.
- Ensure top-notch delivery of graphic design services, fostering client satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a team of creatives, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Act as the agency’s ambassador at networking events and client meetings.
- Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000, complemented by a rewarding bonus structure.
