Role: Leisure Club Team LeadLocation: South Manchester / Cheshire commutableSalary: £26,000 - £27,000 per anumWe are recruiting a Leisure Team Lead for a fantastic 4-star hotel to help lead their spa, gym and pool department. We are looking for an experienced candidate who has min 2 years in similar role and proven ability to manage, lead and inspire a team.The role:
  • Manage the day to day of the health and fitness facilities and deputise for the Spa Manager when needed
  • Build relations with guests and members, recommend activities or opportunities to support spa treatments and membership teams whenever possible
  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure a smooth experience for guests when visiting the Spa and fitness facilities
  • Be the point of contact for any guest and member issues and enquiries, problem solving and managing guest expectations.
  • Maximise the sales of the Spa area by continually looking for opportunities and ways to improve sales
  • Maintain a safe environment in the gym, pool area and across the whole spa
The Candidate we are looking for· Experience working in spa / health & fitness facility is highly desirable· Supervisory / team leadership experience is essential· Excellent customer service and communication skills· A Passion for health and fitness is essential· Strong organisation, multi-tasking skills and a proactive attitude is desirablePerks & Benefits
