As a Primary Teacher, you will plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the diverse learning needs of your students, fostering both academic and personal growth.Responsibilities as a Primary Teacher:
  • Plan and deliver stimulating lessons across the primary curriculum, tailored to pupils’ needs.
  • Encourage pupils’ confidence, curiosity, and love for learning.
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture, supporting pupils’ social and emotional development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share resources and best practice.
  • Uphold safeguarding standards and ensure pupil welfare at all times.
Requirements for Primary Teacher:
  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
  • Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching primary-aged pupils.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
  • Creativity, patience, and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
  • A CV covering the last 10 years of employment history, with any gaps explained.
