We're seeking a Shift Technician to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art data centre in Wokingham.   • Monitor and maintain data centre infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and power distribution systems.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks and respond promptly to equipment failures or alarms.
  • Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment repairs and upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for data centre operations.
  • Document procedures and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a data center environment.
  • Strong technical skills in areas such as server hardware, networking, and power systems.
  • Familiarity with data center management tools and monitoring systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, etc.) are a plus.
