
SEN Teaching Assistant

- Provide one -to one and small group to pupils with SEN, including those with autism, ADHD and Speech and Language needs.
- Assist the Class Teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated learning activities.
- Foster a positive, inclusive and safe environment
- Support pupils’ emotional regulation and promote independence
- Work closely with Teachers, SENCO and parents/carers to ensure the best outcomes for children.
To be considered for this role, you will:
- Have experience working with children with SEN, ideally within a primary school setting.
- Demonstrate patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
- Be committed to supporting the academic and personal development of every child.
- Hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS on the update service.
- Possess the right to work in the UK.
- Have relevant experience of working with children, young people or vulnerable adults
- Excellent daily rates paid weekly by our in-house Payroll team using the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) system.
