- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently and in a timely manner
- Generating and following up on lower value customer quotations
- Working with Production and Operations to ensure efficient delivery dates
- Keeping track of back orders ensuring the order book is delivered on time and in full.
- General daily administrative tasks, filing and printing of labels
- Being the first point of call for telephone and email enquiries and dealing with all queries promptly
- Cover for other roles when required
- Dealing with customer queries and complaint resolution
- Handling customer returns and arranging replacement orders or credits
- Assisting customers with delivery issues, order changes and general enquiries
