VANRATH are partnering with a leading construction and joinery company to find multiple Builders Merchant Sales Representatives to take on a retail sales role.This is a Monday - Friday position, it will be site-based.We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Retail Sales Assistants to join our Builders Merchant team. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, supporting customers with product enquiries, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our retail operations.Responsibilities
  • Delivering first-class customer service at all times
  • Assisting customers with product advice, particularly in home improvements and decoration
  • Supporting sales and promotional activities within the store
  • Maintaining store presentation and stock levels
  • Handling transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet team goals
Criteria
  • Experience drawn from sales or strong customer service background
  • Highly motivated
Desirable Criteria
  • An interest in home improvements/decoration
