Location: West London
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: Competitive – Based on ExperienceAre you an experienced school administrator with a calm, kind, and confident approach? We are looking for a Senior School Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis, bringing expertise, warmth, and resilience to our busy school office.This is a key role supporting the smooth daily running of the school, where no two days are the same. We need someone who is proactive, highly organised, and comfortable using Arbor and other school management systems to a high standard.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient and professional administrative and reception support, ensuring the smooth operation of the front office.
  • Manage and maintain school systems, with particular expertise in Arbor and safeguarding platforms.
  • Act as a first point of contact for visitors, staff, pupils, and families with kindness and professionalism.
  • Handle changing priorities and fast-paced situations with calm and confident decision-making.
  • Support a range of school functions, from attendance and reporting to correspondence and database updates.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, safeguarding, and data accuracy.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in school administration, ideally in a senior or lead capacity.
  • Expert knowledge of Arbor and confident use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other school-based systems.
  • A flexible, resilient mindset – ready to adapt and respond to the evolving needs of the school community.
  • Exceptionally well-organised, with the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure.
