Teaching Personnel are currently working with a primary school based in Congleton who are currently looking for a full-time Teaching Assistant to start as soon as possible. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is considering a career in teaching and wanting to gain further experience within a mainstream school.The role:
  • Immediate start upon registering with Teaching Personnel
  • Opportunity to earn £90-£100 per day (dependent on experience)
  • Full-time/long-term opportunity
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will work within the KS2 department, supporting pupils with English, Maths and reading. This will involve 1-1 and small group intervention with students who require the additional support. You will work closely with class teachers to identify learning gaps and create and implement individualised learning support.What we’re looking for:
  • Experience working with young people (in any setting)
  • A genuine passion for working with young people and improving their learning experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both students and staff
  • Safeguarding training to be completed upon registering with Teaching Personnel
