You will oversee check-ins, check-outs, and manage reservations, while also responding to inquiries regarding rooms, the restaurant, functions, and events. With prior experience in cash handling, reservation systems, and team leadership, you will maintain composure under pressure and anticipate the needs of our guests. Additionally, you will take a commercial approach by attending sales meetings, maximising revenue through upselling, and managing rates effectively.
