- Assist in capturing and clarifying website-related requirements (e.g., functionality, content, design, accessibility, and SEO) through workshops, interviews, and discussions.
- Support the translation of goals into clear documentation such as user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and workflows.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, content teams, and testers to ensure website requirements are well understood and ready for implementation.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of site structures, user journeys, and content maps throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Help monitor website development progress and contribute to team activities like backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.
- Assist in gathering feedback from website users and stakeholders (e.g., usability testing, analytics reviews, stakeholder input) to inform improvements.
- Work with senior delivery staff to ensure website priorities and project context are clearly communicated.

- Some experience working within a digital or IT/web team, ideally in a website support, analysis, or delivery coordination role.
- Good organisational and communication skills, with the ability to document and explain website features and ideas clearly.
- An interest in web technologies, digital delivery, and UX design, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Comfortable using tools like Excel, Word, and (ideally) platforms such as Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or content management systems (CMS).
- A willingness to learn about agile delivery practices and contribute to website planning and delivery rhythms.
- Attention to detail, curiosity, and a proactive mindset, especially in relation to website usability, accessibility, and performance.
