Assist in the design, delivery, and review of tailored performance plans, both individual and squad-based, across PDP squads.
Apply performance technology and data to track progress, provide insights, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Work collaboratively as part of the MDT, ensuring player care is well-integrated and aligned across all academy departments.
Deliver gym-based, pitch-based, and rehabilitation sessions where required.
Contribute to weekly performance meetings to ensure joined-up strategies across the academy.
Mentor and support interns, helping to develop the next generation of performance staff.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of player work, progress, and feedback in line with academy standards.
Take an active role in CPD opportunities within the performance department and academy.Essential CriteriaUndergraduate degree in Sport Science, Strength & Conditioning, or related discipline.
Working towards (or ability to obtain) UKSCA accreditation.
Working towards (or ability to obtain) BASES accreditation.
At least 3 years' experience working with developing athletes in performance or rehabilitation.
Experience contributing to individualised performance planning and delivery.
Strong communication and teamwork skills in an MDT environment.Desirable CriteriaMSc in Sport Science, Strength & Conditioning, or related discipline.
Previous experience in elite football or a Category 1 academy environment.
Knowledge of EPPP standards within academy football.
