Job Category: Network DevelopmentJob Description:BPS Network SMELocation: Bracknell (BRA01)We are looking for an experienced network engineer to join an existing 3rd line support team. Your role will be to support an established DMZ, maintaining and developing the network devices and their traffic flows. The team comprises of other SMEs who support Continuity Engineers with their relevant expertise. A diverse background in Enterprise IT Services would also be beneficial.Your experience:
  • A proven track record as a network engineer in an operational environment.
  • A good breadth of technical skills across an enterprise environment, ideally being able to demonstrate skills in Network fault finding, traffic flow analysis and firewall configuration.
  • Self-motivation. Be able to identify improvements for process and best practice, with a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Have the ability to work well within a team and develop a positive working relationship with other resolver teams throughout the organisation.
  • Have good and clear communication when interacting with peers, management, other resolver teams, and customers.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
